My Story.
 My Mission.

Hi, my name is Kristi, and I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. I received my training through the National Association of Sports Medicine. While my passion for fitness started so many years ago, I just recently discovered the need to help other women pursue their fitness goals, this is why I created Lady Siesta!

Previously, I was in the medical aesthetics field in which I loved helping women feel their best. Now, I am giving a different spin on that through personalized fitness programs based on your specific goals. I believe every woman should feel beautiful, strong, happy and confident.

A little history about myself, I struggled for years with a very poor body image. I have literally tried every “diet” imaginable and suffered from anorexia. I felt the need to work out more and eat less which left me tired and constantly hungry. What I didn’t understand is what I was doing to my body, I was totally sabotaging my health and my metabolism. My turning point was when I joined a CrossFit gym and was lucky enough to have an amazing coach that taught me so much, not just about fitness but made me see myself differently. He made me strive to become the best version of myself and now it’s my turn to pay it forward.

Today, I feel so empowered and want to do the same for you. I no longer strive to be skinny; I strive to be strong and healthy, and I want you to feel as comfortable in your own skin as I do in mine. The beauty of it all is that you will gain so much more than just healthy habits and fitness tips, you will gain confidence and a strong mindset too! I look forward to working with you and helping you become the best version of yourself!
