Lady Siesta is the solution for women that want to become the best version of themselves. Our one on one training offers the maximum in individuality and flexibility. I’ll build a training program from scratch, just for you! In our focused sessions, it’s easy to make corrections, motivate, challenge and get to know you. 

Nutrition

Here at Lady Siesta, I will give you nutritional guidance and teach you how to eat for a body that is experiencing hormonal changes. Proper nutrition and exercise go hand-in-hand when trying to reach your desired goals and dreams. As I learn more about nutrition, I would love to share my knowledge with you!
